hello
crowdfunding is a good idea for many creative people
but it looks to me that this new startup act will make crowdfund in to a mini public company like stock market company just in a very low fund level i don't think many people will prepare for that of taking care of any share holders because some seed funding can be low as $5000 or even less and some can be more about creating art than creating business it will be good idea to crated a different categories and different prices,rewards,shares or percentage for an specific crowdfunding
