I like the idea of some regulation about crowfunding but
my concern is more about of crowfunding by type of business because I believe that some crowfunding protect have different meaning for raise money and is not always is to make profit and be a full functional business type. it Will be good idea to find a way to defined why some people start a crowfunding project and set rules for it or created a list of different prices that individuals or groups can raise in to crowfunding base in the type of project
