With respect to equity crowdfunding via online portals, I hope to see the SEC permit an unlimited number of unaccredited investors per project.
I also hope the SEC does not require unaccredited investors to disclose their financial information, as this may deter potential investors and disrupt the simplicity of crowdfunding.
