Section 302 Crowdfunding
The language is subsections (6)(B)(i) and (ii) is not mutually exclusive. Under (i) You can have a person with either income or net worth less than $100,000 but the other category over $100,000 which would restrict them to the $2,000 or 5%. The same person having either category over $100,000 would be able under (ii) to invest 10% or $100,000.
