Subject: File No. JOBS Act Title III

I know that funding portals cannot promote specific businesses and cannot pay a third party to do so. But is a third party allowed to say that a business is listed on a specific funding portal (assuming that the funding portal has not paid them to say so)? That is, could someone say that a business Acme Inc was listed on a given funding portal? Could a business tell their customers that they are listed on a given funding portal? In both cases I am interested in situations where it was made as a statement of fact rather than a suggestion that the reader go to the funding portal and make an investment.
