Please do not make regulations which require that startup companies must in any way be dependent on qualified investors, business angels, venture capitalists, established interests or any others who may have sunk investment in existing technologies or businesses.
Please keep the reulations simple to avoid time, costs, professional knowledge or other impediments to startup entrepreneurs that resemble registration with the SEC.
Please avoid the main detriments of present SEC rules and regulations that protect established interests against competitively disruptive advancements and businesses under deceitfully disguised pretense of protecting investors against fraud and against themselves.
