INVESTMENT BY FOREIGN NATIONALS
I would like to know if non U.S. residents and or citizens can invest in projects listed on CrowdFunding sites. If investments by non U.S. resident/citizens is allowed, are they also bound by the same $2,000-$100,000 limit or they can invest as much as they like.
The law is clear with regards to entities seeking capital but there is no mention of foreign investments.
A response/clarification by the SEC would be appreciated.
