Subject: File No. JOBS Act Title I

I am an individual investor. Regarding the JOBS act, I refer the reader to the June 27, 2012 Article written by Bill Mann of The Motley Fool (may be found by searching on www.fool.com). Specifically I do not see the logic in making it easier for unproven "startup" companies to become publicly traded (read: owned) by unsuspecting investors -- and that after being protected from releasing critically important information (such as CEO compensation) to those very same would-be investor/owners. This would, in some cases, amount to the sanctioning of deception and even outright fraud. This trend in American markets is very troubling.
