I am a small investor dedicated solely to my retirement. My primary concern with our markets is fairness and transparency. This JOBS act establishes much risk/incentive for misuse in (1) exempting oversight (2) legitimizing crowdfunding (3) non disclosure to the SEC.
I would hope you, the SEC, will aggressively challenge these elements. In essence fight for fairness in our markets.
