Efforts to ease entry to public markets are so filed w/ unrealtic assumptions about market and human natures to be humerous if we were not subjecting us unnecessarily to potential repitition to past financial failures and crisis.
The gains will go to those least needing benefit, profiting an industry which nearly caused the destruction of our nation while once again subjecting the individual investor, such as myself, to unnecessary risk.
Do your job for the nation, not those who lobby for their own benefit.
