This bill purported to support 'small business'. As a small business owner, there is nothing in this that will help my business and that is also true for thousands of other true small business. $700 million in income is a very large business, and it seems nowadays that most of those businesses consist of paper-shuffling and currency manipulation, not constructive, creative businesses that employ and train people who can then go out and start other small businesses. We're the people who create most of the jobs in this country and we are being ignored.
This whole bill reeks of payoffs to bankers, speculators, and the like and the opportunity and the likelihood of fraud have been greatly increased by its passage.
A loaded crapshoot is not what we expect of our government.
