I am very upset about the JOBS act. Despite the fact that people will believe that it is primarily formulated to get people back to work, hey great acronym, I see it as a ruse by insiders from the venture caoital and big business world to circumvent regulation. It is not a question of whether we have learned our lesson during past fraud events in the markets. Really it is just another example of arrogant insiders who believe the public is stupid enough, and the government is corrupt enough, to let it happen. The IPO leniency, crowfunding and other concessions to foreign company (China)duplicity are unacceptable. I will not vote for any local, state or national poltician who supports it. The politicians who understand it and still support it should be ashamed.
