Small investors like myself depend on the honesty of the market. This in turn depends on the extent that we regulate an industry that has demonstrated a disturbing tendency to cheat with insider trading, cooked books, and special rules for the Hedge Funds and different rules for the rest of us.
I refuse to invest in a Chinese company because of their lack of corporate laws, courts, and honest accounting. Don't let this happen here.
