Hello,
I am an individual investor and am concerned that as written, the JOBS act is opening up the way to even more fraud and deception committed by Wall Street against the individual investor.
Strong regulation and rules ensure that investors feel confident about committing their money, boosting the market for everyone. By allowing businesses to go public "on their honor" without any transparency and record keeping is going to cause a lot of people to loose their money and their confidence.
That will bring the whole market down.
I do not support this measure as written.
