I am a small business looking at the crowd funding JOBS act as a vehicle to fund my start-up company.
I think Motley Fools comments on this legislation make a lot of sense. The long term viability of crowd funding is very important and limiting fraud and protecting investors and entrepreneurs is vital to making this a successful program.
