I believe that there should be the highest level of regulation and "independant" auditing of new enterprises as well as the established ones. The exemption of companies from key oversight rules will not serve the public or the financial markets now, or in the long run. Please reconsider increasing the number of investors to 2000 (from 500)before requiring the companies to come under SEC regulation.
