Re: the JOBS Act 2012. Please do not make it harder for us individual investors, by relaxing the disclosure rules for IPOs. The SEC as I see it is there to assure an even playing field for businesses looking to go public and open access to information for the investors that invest in them. I don't think ther eshould be different sets of rules depending on the business. Making good investment decisions is hard enough. Thank you for your time..
