In my 50 years as an investor in US securities I have never seen any legislation as irresponsible as the JOBS Act. It seems Congress has no recollection of the evils this kind of legislation can cause.
I would like to see the JOBS Act (THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMMIT FRAUD ON THE INVESTING PUBLIC ACT) repealed before it has an opportunity to impoverish a sizeable number of NAIVE AND GULLIBLE investors, nationally and globally.
