The details that I have read of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act make me think even more that all of you have lost your minds. Make it easier for companies to commit fraud? Yes, this will do that. Reduce the oversight until such time as things are totally out of control? Yep, this will do that too. I thought we were supposed to learn from mistakes in the past to avoid making the same (or worse) ones in the future. Someone with some common sense needs to get ahold of ideas like this and get rid of them before someone who sees a way to make a fast buck gets traction with bad ideas
