The major , main problem that we see with this ACT ,
is the 270 Days that the SEC is going to Delay
present plans of Issuers .
That is just more needless delay ,
that regretfully comes with most government programs.
We urge SEC to expedite its task ,
to implement this JOBS Act .
For helping the Private Sector,
the SEC needs to understand that :
" Time is the Enemy of all Good Ideas " .
