Subject: RE: Disclosure Effectiveness Review

To support the interests of shareholders, I want the SEC and its commissioners to continue to work on a rule requiring political disclosure from public companies.

I feel strongly that businesses should not be empowered to use backdoor political channels like nonprofits or associations and keep it secret.

Shareholders, like me, have a right to know if and how executives are using company resources for political purposes.

Transparency should be everyone's goal for political spending, just the way companies report to investors and prospective investors what they spend elsewhere.
