Thanks for the chance to comment. I saw this article on CNN Money website.
Companies and shareholders should get fast settlement on any fraud done against them. The fraudsters should have to do jail time. Slapping them with a fine is just the cost of doing business for them, they still make a profit on frauding people. Is this in the constitution?
