Subject: FDF Title IX - Short Sale Disclosure

To Whom It May Concern:

All brokers automatically put your stock into A MARGIN ACCOUNT that can be borrowed and sold short UNLESS YOU REQUEST A BROKERAGE CASH ACCOUNT.
THE STOCK IN A BROKAGE CASH ACCOUNT CANNOT BE LENT TO SHORT SELLERS.
THERE ARE VERY FEW OF US THAT SELL SHORT. OUR STOCK SHOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY PLACED IN A BROKERAGE CASH ACCOUNT UNLESS WE REQUEST A MARGIN ACCOUNT.
IT IS CURRENTLY THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT SHOULD BE.

I have asked numerous people who have margin accounts about this and none of them know what I have written above. I DIDN'T UNTIL I PUSHED A BROKER FOR THIS INFORMATION.

Also, NONE OF MY FRIENDS WANT THEIR STOCK AVAILABLE TO SHORT!

Our stock IS working against us in margin accounts.

THEY ARE TAKING A HUGE ADVANTAGE OF THE UNINFORMED.
