I'll be brief. I don't agree with companies checking credit ratings of prospective employees. Background checks, yes. I have been without a full-time job for two years and because of that, have fallen behind in my bills and my credit rating has suffered. The reason I can't pay my bills is because of a lack of a job. So, as it stands now, I won't be able to get a job to pay my bills that a lack of a job created. Catch 22?
