I do not understand how this bill has anything to do with this provision. Is the government saying that if there were more women and minorities in the workforce we wouldn't have had this crisis? As a citizen, I am dismayed by the continual riders/add-ons to good bills that favor a specific group and are attached in the dark of the night. Do not misunderstand, I am pro women's rights being the father of two adult daughters. I am just against any laws being enacted in this manner. If it is a good law then it should stand on its own two feet.
