making trades by large company/brokers
a restriction on the number of trades made in one (1) stock
in a single day.
if more than one trade is made the restriction should be
no more than 1 (round trip) of 1,000,000 shares in a day
or no more than 10 trips of 100,000 shares in a day.
for any one stock (symbol)
I've seen stocks beat in to the dust by these big dealers
and then buy it up at a ridiculous low price
forcing many small traders out to cut there losses
to me that is the same as stealing.
