This program is harmfull to investors and gives market makers an unjust windfall. It reduces liquidity so investors will not want to buy the stock. With fewer buyers the price will be lower, harming the stockholders. I own shares in CHKR and am suffering. I want to sell @ $1.74 but cannot because the broker will not accept my order. Any potential buyer who wants to pay $1.74 instead of $1.75 cannot because of your unfair rule. You are going against the interests of both buyers and sellers of this stock. Whose idea was this rotten rule? It must be the market makers who are making a killing off of investors in CHKR. Are not you supposed to protect investors? You are heinously neglecting your fiduciary duty.
