how does this program help the individual investor?? For example, bid is 20.65 and ask is 20.70. I apparently have to bid in .05 increments. So I can bid the full ask or the full bid. If I bid 20.70 (for a buy) I may not get the order traded. If I bid 20.65 I'm losing, but the market maker is coming out banshees. Who the heck came up with this?
