Subject: 5 CENT INCREMENT TICK TEST PROGRAM

Regarding the above stated program and its two year test period. The five cent increment program's goal would seem to be  to increase liquidity in lower priced, lower volume, equities. However, being that a small portion of my portfolio contains these equities and I have experienced no such liquidity issues, in contrast to the inability to submit a value other than in 5 cent increments, I find it very frustrating when the last price is not in said increments, which can only seem to increase the spread for fees.
