I am concerned that corporations are spending money to influence our elections.
I want the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political campaign contributions now.
Citizens United has opened a flood gate of spending that is hitherto unknown, and the SEC has an obligation to the public to require these publicly traded corporations to disclose these amounts. Pronto.
