Democracy is being shattered by corporate oligarchy.

The Supreme Court's ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, allows secrecy to subvert "one man one vote." Publicly traded corporations can spend investor's money on political activity in secret.

The Securities and Exchange Commission can help recover open elections with a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

We need it now--immediately.

Thank you for considering my comment.
