Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,
I am writing because I believe if the money is being spent appropriately there would be no objections to admitting how it is being used. The only reason to not disclose how monies are being used is to hide the fact that it is not be used correctly. I want to know that i can trust my government. NO SECRET SPENDING!
