Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

Corporate funding for elections has become a scourge in America.
The Supreme Court’s ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, publicly traded corporations conceals expenditures of shareholder funds on politics.

Americans and shareholders deserve to know who's paying for privileges. Please, issue a ruling to require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC’s web site.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Donna Besser Stone
