Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,
Even though we are now informed that money is speech and corporations are people, the money that corporations spend to influence elections and members of congress nonetheless belongs to the shareholders of public companies. At the very least I believe that these expenditures should be made known to the public and easily available. I urge the SEC to use its authority to make sure that this information is routinely provided.
