Securities and Exchange Comm.

Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

The Founders were extremely concerned that government would usurp its proper authority--given to them by We the People--and would do so by casting a veil of secrecy over their operations. To counter this, they put into our Constitution protections designed to foster full, fair and transparent government.

In our present day, large corporations and extremely rich individuals have influenced our government to the point where the United States is one of the most corrupt nations in the world. If we are to counter this horrific trend, we need to at minimum know who is doing the influencing. Please require that corporations reveal what they are spending, and to whom they are giving the money.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Alan McLemore
