Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

April 29, 2012

Esteemed members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I write to urge the SEC to require publicly traded corporations to disclose all their political spending, including amounts and recipients, including the candidate who is the ultimate beneficiary (to avoid hiding behind PACs or super-PACs.)

Such transparency is essential for voters to understand how their candidates are acting on behalf of their real constituents: wealthy corporations.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Karl Chwe
