Dear members of the SEC,
In supposingly upholding free speech, the Supreme Court has severely undermined the people's right to free speech with the ruling on Citizens United v. FEC.
If we want the government to return to the best interests of individuals as opposed to the best interests of corporations, we must do everything possible to regulate election spending. Requiring publicly traded companies to disclose their political spending is an integral first step.
