Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

April 28, 2012

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Force public disclosure of all publicly traded corporate donations to political parties.

Actually, I totally oppose outside money coming into my state and region to influence local elections. We who pay taxes in a district should decide on representation without outside corporate influence or money.

No representation without taxation! If you don't contribute to a locality and you don't reside in it, and you are not a registered tax paying company (note: TAX PAYING) to the community at issue, you should not have the right to influence elections in any way whatsoever.

Thank you,

Olga Stavrakis, Ph.D.

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Sincerely,

Olga Stavrakis, Ph.D.
