Subject: File No. 4-637

May 9, 2015

The purpose of the SEC is to protect investors.  To do that it needs to require disclosure of political contributions by publicly traded companies.

Shareholders have a right to know if corporate money is being invested in the company, or instead into political campaign contributions.

Please instate a rule that requires disclosure of political spending, as documented in file number 4-637.

Sincerely,

Mason Woodall
