I urge the SEC to issue a ruling requiring publicly traded corporations to disclose ALL political and partisan spending to the American public.
I am concerned about HEAVY influence of corporate money on America' electoral process and that corporations SECRETLY spend investor’s money on political activity, without checks nor oversight..
Shareholders and the public should be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and candidates and be posted promptly on the SEC’s web site.
Thank you in the interest of fighting corruption and promoting American-style democracy.
