Dear Madam/Sir,

If corporations are treated as assemblies of people and therefore enjoy protected speech then it follows that political speech by such assemblies ought to be treated as that of political parties (also assemblies of people). These parties speak openly and publicly. Therefore political speech by assemblies of people ought to be treated equally and with full disclosure.
