I want to know what or who I'm paying for. Politicians without my interests at heart don't need my money--especially if it's taken under false pretenses. I will not support corporations or candidates using "dark money" since I don't know where it comes from. Corporate interests in politics are a major reason I'm considering leaving the U.S.
