It is shocking to learn that the Securities and Exchange Commission has dropped their discussion of the rule requiring publicly traded corporations to disclose their political spending to their shareholders. Who is this SEC serving, corporate interests or the public?

Please return the rule to the unified agenda, and complete the rule in 2014.

Shedding light on corporate “dark money” is a high priority for any agency charged with looking out for the interests of investors like me. Our retirement savings and hard earned investments entrusted to CEOs are are not their toys to be used as bargaining chips in getting their way.

Thank you for considering my comment.
