Securities and Exchange Commission
Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,
Political spending by shadowy organizations only serves to turn people off to the electoral process and voting in general. The only beneficiaries of these elections that are bought and sold are ad agencies and the stations and publications that beat us to death with the boring phony ads. People HATE election years now. Is that desirable for democracy? More in-depth reporting on real policy stances, less ad-hominem ads, please.
Please enact rule #4-637. Thank you.
Ms. Alexandra Pyle
