Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,
I support returning rule #4-637 to the 2014 rulemaking agenda.
Corporations are allowed to influence public policy with fat contributions with no accountability. Without a system of checks and balances of political donations, we, the rest of the People, are left in the dark about how corporations are using their money to design policy to their benefits, leaving the "public" out of public interests. How is this sound democracy? This seems like a basic flaw that needs to be set right.
Please enact rule #4-637. Thank you.
