MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. Our political system is totally corrupt and it is long past time for SEC to have the moral courage to start to, at the very LEAST, take action for corporate accountability. Our nation's democracy has been shattered by "the monied few" and like "Humpty Dumpty" our nation has had a great fall...not so sure with decisions like Citizen's United and SEC failures to protect the citizens we can be put back together again, BUT YOU COULD AT LEAST TRY.
