Subject: File No. 4-637
From: Sabrina McCarthy

November 25, 2013

I urge the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their donations to political causes, political candidates and political action committees, beginning with Fiscal Year 2014.  Moreover, I urge that the rule provide that corporate disclosures be posted promptly on the SEC's website.

Both shareholders and the public should be fully informed as to how much publicly traded corporations spend on political action and which political candidates and issues they promote or attack.
Sincerely,
Sabrina A. McCarthy
