Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 2, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Corporate spending on our elections is dangerously destructive to our democracy. We don't have much time to correct this situation. Our democracy, not just mine or yours is at great risk, and democracy can end. Political spending that isn't traceable is a big part of the problem.

So, if the SEC can actually help correct this situation, I truly hope you will. If you can issue a rule in the near future that would require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their spending on political activities, then do it.

If the companies object to this rule, ask yourselves why.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Star Anthony
