Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:
The official and bipartisan dogma of both parties is the needs of big business come first. This was proven false in 2007-2008. But the bipartisan acceptance continues. Businesses have no sovereign right to keep political spending secret. The people are supposed to be sovereign, not businesses.
Maximize transparency. Require full disclosure in the most publicly accessible manner.
