Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 2, 2013

I'm writing to offer my strong support for an SEC rule requiring that publicly traded corporations disclose all spending on political activities.

As an individual with retirement savings in a Roth IRA, I prefer to invest in funds that are socially responsible. Knowledge of political spending is very important to this. If I'm to invest in a corporation, I want to know how it is then spending my money--both in terms of its business practices, and in terms of its political spending.

Please issue a strong rule on disclosure of political spending. Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Matthew Borus
